UBC resale rights and affiliate commissions explained
A ready-made course gives you an existing offer to learn about and recommend. That can be a practical starting point for affiliate marketing, provided you understand the rights, the commission and the work required to reach suitable buyers.

Start with the actual licence
Resale rights, master resale rights and affiliate participation describe different arrangements. A resale licence may permit selling a product; a master resale licence may also allow passing specified resale permissions to buyers. The written licence determines the actual scope. Neither label automatically permits rewriting the product, using every image or keeping all of the sale price.
An affiliate link instead attributes a referred purchase to a participant for a commission under the program’s rules. A screenshot of a module called Reselling Mastery or Mastering MRR does not establish which licence applies to your own purchase.
What the UBC agreement says
The public agreement linked from UBC’s terms page includes a non-exclusive reseller appointment subject to conditions. It also restricts product modifications and certain promotions, allows changes to affiliate terms, and rejects guaranteed earnings. Check the current agreement and account instructions before promoting. We do not describe UBC as an unrestricted master resale licence or a promise of 100% profit.
What one sale could contribute
Noventrail’s reported commission is US$424.15 per qualifying sale. Against the US$499 listing price observed on 18 October 2026, that equals 85%. This is information supplied by Noventrail’s account owner, not a guarantee of the rate available to every participant. Confirm current eligibility, deductions, payout timing and reversal rules in your account.
- One US$424.15 commission: US$74.85 below a US$499 purchase cost.
- Two such commissions: US$848.30 total, or US$349.30 above that purchase cost before additional costs and taxes.
This arithmetic assumes both commissions are paid in full and not reversed. Advertising, software, payment costs, currency conversion and taxes can change what you retain. It is not a forecast of sales, profit or time needed. One sale does not fully recover a US$499 purchase at this commission.
How the opportunity works in practice
You can focus on understanding an existing product, explaining who it suits and helping readers make a decision. That avoids having to create this course yourself. It still requires accurate content, relevant visitors, visible affiliate disclosures and useful answers to buyer questions. Consistent effort can improve those skills; it cannot guarantee demand or a sale.
Start with one helpful article, a relevant audience and a spending limit you can afford without future commissions. Track confirmed payouts separately from visits and clicks. If you pay for traffic, compare the commissions actually received with the costs incurred.
Build skills before increasing your spend
Use our free Noventrail workbook to plan your content and review routine. Read what is visible inside UBC and the purchase checklist before choosing paid training. The workbook is independently available and is not a purchase bonus.
